Brook House is currently an office building that will be converted into a 189 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel, with Bar + Block Steakhouse restaurant and 3rd party retail offering.

Significant works are required to convert this building from an office into a hotel. To read more about this project click here.

Mama Shelter, Shoreditch completed in August 2019. We were appointed by Crosstree Real Estate Partners as MEP Consulting Engineers for the refurbishment of this 178 bedroom hotel, in the trendy London area of Shoreditch.

The rebrand and refurbishment included bedrooms and corridors from the first to fourth floors as well as the entire ground and basement levels which are being redesigned to reflect the ‘funky’ Mama Shelter brand.

Our Residential team has been focussed on delivering projects that we successfully won earlier this year, including St William’s Watford Gas Works, where all stage 4 works have been successfully completed and construction has just started on-site at a disused Gas Works site in Hertfordshire.

The scheme will deliver a 92 unit new build residential development. Click here to read more about the scheme.

We’re pleased to announce that our commercial team has successfully completed all MEP works for the refurbishment of an existing office space at a high-profile Tech Company in Reading. For more information about the project, click here.
