Situated at 101 Knightsbridge near Hyde Park, the 5-star, Park Tower Hotel is part of Marriott’s luxury collection.

PSH is currently working alongside Darling Associates and GA Design to re-establish this property as one of London’s most exclusive hotels.  The existing guest rooms, suites and public areas will be undergoing refurbishment. The hotel will undergo a series of extensions to accommodate new suites and an enlarged food & beverage offering. The central core, (which is currently exposed) will be in-filled, creating multiple new levels for new spa facilities.

The MEP services are generally undergoing wholesale replacement with elements to be retained. The scheme has faced challenges with the introduction of a third-party F&B operator. PSH has ensured continuity of all services to the F&B offering whilst the wider refurbishment progresses.
