PSH have completed the MEP services design and project management for the 16,000 sq ft flagship Louis Vuitton store on Bond Street, London. The concept design for the project was the American architect Peter Marino from New York.

The store had a full refurbishment and extensive structural changes to accommodate double height spaces and a 3-storey staircase to allow for more natural light. A new air conditioning system, ventilation plant, plumbing, lighting and small power was installed to accommodate the new layout.

All of the air conditioning and ventilation equipment and diffusers had to be fully concealed within the dramatic stone ceiling and wall finishes.
