Watford Gas Works

PSH was appointed as MEP consulting engineers for this new build 92 unit residential development in Watford.

PSH completed all MEP works and SAP calculations on this 6-storey building. The apartments will include heating and hot water provided by individual boilers located in the flat’s utility cupboards, mechanical extract ventilation, a backup generator and a blue roof.
