Situated at 53 Park Lane, opposite Hyde Park, the 5-star, Dorchester Hotel is part of the Prestigious Dorchester Collection.

PSH is currently working alongside Reardon Smith Architect, Pierre-Yves Rochon , Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, and Robert Angell Design International (RADI) to re-establish this property as one of London’s most exclusive hotels. The existing guest rooms, suites, and public areas that include the promenade and Vesper bar are currently being refurbished. The hotel will undergo a series of extensions on the ninth floor to accommodate new suites and an enlarged food & beverage offering as well as a new leisure centre on the first floor. The MEP services are generally undergoing wholesale replacement with limited items to be retained. Throughout the project the Hotel is being kept operational and PSH has ensured continuity of all services within each phase of works to the F&B offering and guestroom floors whilst the wider refurbishment progresses.
