The Lanesborough Hotel

This five star landmark hotel underwent extensive renovations between 2014-15, reinstating rooms and suites to their original Regency splendour while at the same time integrating the latest IT technologies.

Our role in the project included undertaking a full detailed survey of existing M&E services and then providing a full M&E design.

This required the design and installation of new MEP systems throughout the majority of the building and also meant working very closely with infamous French interior designers, Alberto Pinto, to achieve a fully serviced building without affecting the overall Regency appearance.

Examples of this challenge included the need to design air conditioning units to fit bespoke, antique furniture and ensure all CCTV / fire safety controls and wifi were disguised but still functional.
