PSH are engaged as MEP consulting engineers for this mixed-use new build scheme, located directly adjacent to West ferry DLR station, London.

This development consists of a 66-unit residential high-rise tower spread over 29-storeys and a 400-bed hotel.

The local Borough specifies that all new developments must achieve a 45% C0₂ reduction target in line with the local planning obligations. In order to meet this target, the project will benefit from a communal energy centre located in the basement serving both demises.
