PSH has been appointed as MEP Consulting Engineers on the refurbishment of guestrooms in this stylish central London W Hotel.

The bedrooms are to be refurbished to include brand new smart-controlled lighting, intelligent AV and IT systems, as well as a sophisticated electronic concierge service.

Bathrooms and showers are also being refurbished to bring them in line with the well-established W Hotel worldwide brand, all of which needs to be achieved under strict budget control.
