Situated on the Shepard’s Bush Road in Hammersmith, Brook House is an office building that shall be re-purposed into a 189 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel including a Bar + Block Steakhouse restaurant and 3rd party retail offering.

The works include significant structural alterations allowing the building to be revised and extended in its current arrangement to suit the specific requirements of a Hotel property.

The MEP package has included extensive alterations to existing surrounding utility services which have either required diversion or removal, all of which has been managed and coordinated by PSH.

The MEP works within the building include the complete removal and renewal of all existing services. H-VRF air conditioning will be provided to all areas with ASHP’s (Air Source Heat Pump’s) used to pre-heat the hot water service providing the low/zero carbon technology needed to realise the GLA’s energy and sustainability planning requirements of a 35% CO2 reduction. Furthermore, the building will achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
