Leading design and engineering consultancy PSH. has promoted four of its team to the role of Director as part of a re-structure at the firm. Ian Law, Andrew Haskins, Charlie Cross and Mark Whitfield have all been promoted from Associate to Director at the firm which provides MEP services to the wider real estate and construction industries. PSH. has now expanded to include more than 30 professional members of staff at its two offices in London and Wokingham.

“Over the past 15 years, PSH. has established a reputation across the property sector as a trusted MEP Building Services expert,” explained Managing Director Peter Scholes. “We have a highly capable team that work with some of the very best brands in different areas of the market so the time is right to evolve our operations.”

The business has increased its annual turnover year-on-year, and has ambitious growth plans over the next five years. The initial stage of this growth includes establishing a new leadership team with sector and services specialisms. Ian Law and Andrew Haskins will now become Directors for the Mechanical team, Charlie Cross Director for Electrical, and Mark Whitfield, Director of Project Management.

PSH. provides full MEP Building Services, as well as offering Sustainability, Vertical Transportation, BIM, Fire Services and Acoustics advice to developers, consultants and contractors across all sectors of the property and construction industry. Current clients for the firm include Centrica, Crosstree, Legal & General, GLH Hotels, Marriot International, Cadogan Estates, Quintain and Rockwell.
